Kazo City Heiwa Festival

The Heiwa Festival takes place at the beginning of May at the Tonegawa Kasenjiki Ryokuchi Park, where Nanohana, a type of rapeseed plant, blooms. This festival is held to wish for peace to the citizens. It is a bustling event that also features the world’s longest carp-shaped windsocks, with a length of 100 meters and a variety of stage shows to be enjoyed.

【Car】Take the Tohoku Expressway Kazo Interchange’s exit in the direction of Kurihashi Kuki and follow the annunciator to the National Route 125. There is the “Kasenshiki Rinji Chūshajō (Riverbed Temporary Parking Space)” near the Ohtone Flood Control Center (Location: Saitama Prefecture Kazo City Shinkawadōri 680), so please use it.
